Meeting Rooms

The Adeline J. Geo-Karis meeting room is available for use.  Click here to reserve a meeting room or check availability.

Non-profit groups may use one of the meeting rooms, free of charge, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.

The largest room, which includes a kitchenette and has a maximum occupancy of 110, is available to for-profit organizations at a rate of $100 per day between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Meeting rooms may not be used for social events or meetings that interfere with normal library activities or work. Read the Use of Meeting Rooms Policy.

Applications must be submitted to the Library’s Administrative Office for approval. Reservations may not be made more than six months in advance. Call the Library’s Administrative Office at 847-872-4680, ext. 109 for more information, an application, or a brochure.
